Shipping & Delivery 

See shipping polices for our custom wash care labels to different parts of the world below.

For UK customers we send out wash care label orders via Royal Mail and all options come with Free Delivery.  Orders £20 or less will be sent out 2nd Class and Orders over £20 will be sent tracked and/orsigned for so delivery can be confirmed. Royal mail advises between 2-5 business days for delivery and this time frame starts from the next business day after you receive a dispatch email.

 

We also offer free Local Delivery to the following postcodes NE1-NE30, if you live within these postcode areas this will be offered for selection at checkout. 

UK

International 

Please note each country has their own duties and taxes and you are responsible for any incurred fees to receive your order.

USA

For USA customers we  send out orders via Royal Mail. Your order will be sent via international tracked so delivery can be confirmed. Royal mail advise 6-7 Business days, and this time frame starts from the next business day after you receive a dispatch email. Please note the delivery time frame cannot be guaranteed and parcels have generally been taking longer due to the ongoing srike action.

Europe

For European customers orders are sent out via Royal Mail by international tracked and signed so delivery can be confirmed. Royal mail advise 6-7 Business days and this time frame starts from the next business day after you receive a dispatch email.  Please note the delivery time frame cannot be guaranteed and parcels have generally been taking longer due to ongoing strike action.

** Please also be aware that you are now likely to be charged duties and taxes. The below information is also subject to change and may not be the most up to date.

Orders between 10€ and 150€ are likely to be charged import tax and a handling fee.

​

Orders over 150€ are likely to be charged import tax, handling fee and a customs charge.

Rest of the world 

We may be able to offer shipping options to other parts of the world.  If you would like a quote please contact us and we will be able to give you a custom delivery price quotation.
