Please see below our return & refund policy for our Custom Wash Care Label service

Wash Care Label Returns & Refunds

All Wash Care Labels are personalised and therefore fall under the category of non-returnable unless faulty. We try our best to ensure no mistakes, such as spelling are made and you will receive artwork to approve before printing so you can also proof. If you approve the artwork and notice something once you have received unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. 

In the rare case your item is faulty we ask you to notify us within 7days of receiving the item by sending photographic proof of the fault to the email address: so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Following approval from us that your product is faulty you will either receive a refund to the same payment method used or your order will be redone, this will be dependant on what is agreed within our correspondence. 

In the event your order was faulty and you wish to send the labels back to us for recycling, please follow these steps;

  1. Once your return is confirmed over email you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

  2. Returns Address: West 15, Whickham View, LannyxStudio, Office 15&16, NE15 6UN, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom

  3. We will then inform you via email once we receive the item and proceed with the refund or re-do the order accordingly.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
